There are several ways to top up your Paysend multi-currency account. Topping up from your bank account is one of them. Please note that account top-ups from a bank account are only available in EUR.
To top up your Paysend balance from your bank account:
- Open the Paysend app;
- Go to ‘Accounts’;
- Select the EUR account;
- Press ‘Add Money’;
- Select ‘Easy bank transfer’ or ‘Regular bank transfer’:
a. Easy bank transfer: simply follow the instructions on your bank page to confirm the deposit;
b. Regular bank transfer: you will need to copy Paysend’s banking details and make a SEPA payment using your bank app or website manually. Once it's done, you need to press 'I paid'. As soon as we receive the money, we will automatically forward it to your Paysend balance.
Usually, the deposit is instant.
