Answer a call from Vietcombank:
- After sending the transfer, be prepared to receive a call from a Vietcombank representative between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
- The representative will explain the collection process and provide a transaction code.
Visit the bank:
- Go to the bank branch with your ID card or passport for identification.
- Cash can be collected Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm.
- Show your ID and provide the transaction code to collect the cash.
Special instructions for Vietcombank pickup:
- If cash collection is arranged through Vietcombank, the recipient does not need to wait for a call from the bank representative.
- Instead, they can go directly to Vietcombank with their ID and transaction code.
- The sender will receive a transaction code when the transfer is completed. This code should be given to the recipient.
