Money 'Request' is a useful Paysend feature that allows you to ask someone to send you money. By using this feature, you can send a request directly to the payer's phone number and ask them to make a transfer to you without disclosing your financial information to the sender. You can easily manage and track your money requests via the Paysend website or our app.
You can find instructions on how to pay for a money request below:
- Go to the ‘Transfers’ tab in the app or the ‘Requests’ tab on the website.
- Choose the pending request by tapping or clicking on it.
- Press ‘Send money’ and follow further instructions to pay for the transfer.
- If you wish to decline the money request, press on the three dots in the upper right corner instead and choose the 'Decline request' option.
Please note:
- A request can be paid within 30 days from its creation date.
