If you have made a SWIFT transfer or a transfer to a non-EEA bank account, please send us a request via chat or at help@paysend.com and we will do our best to assist you with the issue.
Please include the following in your request:
- Detailed explanation/reason for transaction cancellation;
- The phone number you provided when you registered, with country code;
- Your first and last name;
- Your email address;
- The ID number of the transaction in question
