Your transfer is awaiting payment confirmation, which means that we are waiting for the payment to reach our corporate account. As soon as we receive the money, we will forward it to the recipient.
At this stage, you have the option to cancel the transfer. Here's what you need to do:
- Find the transfer in the transfer history and press on it.
- If you haven't pressed the 'I paid' button yet, you will see the 'Pay or cancel' button on the transfer page. Press it and choose the 'Cancel transfer' option.
- If you have pressed the 'I paid' button, simply press the 'Cancel transfer' button next.
- Specify the transfer cancellation reason.
Once the transfer is confirmed, it will be cancelled immediately. If the transfer amount has already been deducted, the money will be refunded to you within 3 business days.
Please note that once the payment is confirmed, it might not be possible to cancel this transfer.
What is a business day?
Business days are the days when banks are open for work, which is typically from Monday to Friday. When making a transfer, keep in mind that Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not considered business days.
