If you are a Pay Later user and we are unable to collect your outstanding Pay Later statement balance in full after 2 attempts (i.e., 4 weeks after the initial statement generation date), we will have to block your Grow subscription and all the products within it.
You will no longer be able to use any Grow products until you pay off your balance. We will also have to report your Pay Later account as default to the Credit Reference Agencies, which may negatively impact your credit score.
You can unblock Grow and access your accounts by repaying your outstanding Pay Later balance, including any late fees.
