You will be charged for the Grow subscription at the end of your free trial. We will remind you about your upcoming payment before we attempt to collect it from your GBP account. If we are unable to collect payment, we will try again in 1 week and remind you again before our second attempt.
If we are still unsuccessful, we will have to cancel your Grow subscription and deactivate your Grow accounts. We will also stop reporting any of your repayment activity to the Credit Reference Agencies. However, we will still have to report any missed payments or default accounts.
For now, you can only pay your subscription fee through your GBP account. We are working to add more payment methods soon!
