If there is an error while making a transfer, try the following:
- Restart the app or reload the page
- Install the latest app version
- If making a transfer online, try another browser (Google Chrome)
- Check that your internet connection is stable
- Make sure that you have sufficient funds in your balance.
- Check the card issued is from the same country as the registered phone number.
- Only EEA countries (excluding Iceland) and the UK have the option to change the sending country.
