Most Paysend transfers are complete instantly. However, some banks do not support these technologies and need more time to process incoming money transfers. Banks can take up to three business days to process an incoming transfer.
For more information, request your recipient contact their bank to confirm the time it will take to credit the account.

Response time by mail usually does not exceed 24 hours.
To receive information on a specific transfer, you will need to send us the following data:
- Your mobile phone number with country code
- The last four digits on the bank card used to make the payment
- Your date of birth (only required if made from a bank, Apple Pay or Google Pay account)
- The Paysend transaction ID (10 digits, ending in 00).
We will try to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
