If you were unable to top up your multi-currency account, please make sure that you:
- You input the correct card details
- You used a valid card
- You passed the 3D-Secure authorisation
- Your bank has not declined the payment
- You have sufficient funds in your balance.
If your bank rejected the deposit attempt, we recommend that you contact your bank to clarify the reason for the rejection. Also, check that you have not exceeded the limits of your bank or card account.
