If you didn't receive an SMS with a code to register or sign in to your account, please make check that:
- There are no issues with your mobile network
- You do not have any type of SMS blocking enabled
Once you are sure there are no issues, you can request a new code in the app or website.
If you receive an SMS with a delay and the code you entered is no longer valid, please wait 15-20 minutes, then request the code in the SMS again.
If you are abroad and don't receive an SMS with the code, ask your mobile operator to make sure you can receive SMS messages from abroad.

- Check if you have roaming coverage in the country
- Check if you have call roaming enabled (you don’t need data roaming to receive SMS) on your device.
If you still do not receive SMS messages, please ask your mobile operator to make sure you can receive SMS messages while abroad. If you are still having issues, contact customer support.
Please be aware that your operator may charge you additional fees for SMS messages received while roaming, please refer to your operator for more details
