- There are no issues with your mobile network
- You do not have certain types of SMS blocking enabled
We recommend contacting your mobile operator to find out why you are not receiving our SMS.
If you receive an SMS with a delay and the code you entered is no longer valid, please wait 15-20 minutes, then request the code in the SMS again.
If you are abroad and don't receive an SMS with the code, ask your mobile operator to make sure you can receive SMS messages from abroad.
