To confirm an email address:
- Go to Transfers (on the website) or Activity (in the app)
- Press the bell icon next to Confirm
- Go to the Profile tab -> Personal information
- Press Confirm
You will receive a confirmation email. Open and click Confirm.
If users do not receive an email:
- Check the email address is correct
- Check your spam or promotional folders
