Paysend allows you to make transfers using Unified Payments Interface (UPI) ID, instantly crediting bank accounts in India.
What is UPI ID?
A UPI ID is a virtual payment address (VPA) used as a form of identification.
A UPI ID appears similar to an email address, for example:
- recipient name@bankname
- phone number@bankname
To generate a UPI ID
- Complete a bank application, for example, ICICI, SBI, HDFC, etc.
- Use other special UPI applications Bhim, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.
How to transfer money using UPI?
To send a transfer to India via Paysend using UPI ID, select this option as a method of crediting funds.
The limit for a one-time UPI transfer is 100,000 INR. If you need to send more than this amount, select the option of crediting funds to a bank account.
