Paysend Libre is designed to be an instant transfer service so it’s important to be sure before you send a payment.
If you do want to recover a transfer after sending it, please contact our customer support team. If the recipient has not yet accepted the transfer, we will try to cancel it for you. If the recipient has already accepted the transfer, we recommend you contact them directly.
Your recipient will have 14 days to accept their first transfer with Paysend Libre before it is automatically returned to you. The same applies if they receive a payment that requires us to verify their ID (e.g. because it is a second payment, or a first payment over $150 USD or equivalent). If they don’t verify their ID within 14 days, the transfer is automatically returned to you. If a recipient has already received a Paysend Libre transfer and has verified their ID with us, they don’t need to accept each subsequent transfer. Their Paysend virtual Mastercard will be credited automatically.
