You can cancel for a full refund within 30 minutes of payment in the Paysend app or on Paysend.com unless the funds have been picked up. We will refund your money within three (3) business days of your request.
To cancel your transfer, first check the status by following these steps:
- Log into your account.
- In your "Transfers" list, click the transfer you want to cancel to first check the status.
- If you are still able to cancel the transfer, there will be a "cancel transfer" link.
- Click the link to cancel your transfer.
