Where can I find the pickup code for my transfer?

The pickup code helps to keep your transfer secure. Your cash pickup recipient will need the pickup code in order to collect their money at the pickup location. 

You'll find your pickup code in your account and in the confirmation SMS that we send to you once the transfer is ready to be picked up. 

To find your pickup code in your account:

1. Log into your account on the app or on the website
2. Click the "transfers" link
3. Click on the transfer you want the pickup code for and click "Notify recipient"
4. You'll find your pickup code on the screen
