The transaction number is the number that you can use to track your transfer at any time via Paysend's app or website and at any point when contacting our customer support.
You can find your transaction number in your Paysend account by going to your activity feed and clicking on the transaction you want to review.
We recommend that you use the transaction number when:
- You want to track your transfer within Paysend's app or website
- You contact our customer support team. We'll ask you for your transaction number because it's how we identify your transfer within our system.
Your cash pickup code is unique to your transfer and is one of the ways the pickup location will confirm your recipient's identity. Your recipient will need to present it when they go to the location to pickup your money.
