If you live in the U.S., you can cancel for a full refund within 30 minutes of payment unless the funds have been picked up or deposited. We will refund your money within three (3) business days of your request. To cancel your transfer within the 30-minute window:
- Log into your account.
- In your "Transfers" list, click the transfer you want to cancel.
- If the transfer can be cancelled, there will be a "cancel transfer" link. Click the link to cancel your transfer.
Cancellation requests that are submitted after 30 minutes of payment are not ordinarily granted.
