Most Paysend transfers are completed instantly.
However, some banks do not support these technologies and need more time to process incoming money transfers. Banks can take up to 3 business days to process an incoming transfer. You can check the status of your transfer in the Paysend app under the Transfer section.
For more information, request your recipient contact their bank to confirm the time it will take to credit the account.
If funds are not received by the recipient after 3 business days, contact us via chat at paysend.com. Alternatively, drop us an email at help@paysend.com.
Live chat support is available 24/7. Response time by email is typically 24 hours. We will try to resolve the situation as soon as possible. In order to discuss information pertaining to a specific transfer, you will need to send us the following information:
- Your mobile phone number with country code
- The last four digits on the bank card used to make the payment
- Your date of birth (only required if made from a bank, Apple Pay or Google Pay account)
- The Paysend transaction ID (10 digits, ending in 00). Please note business days do not account for weekends or public holidays.
