In order to delete your account, please contact customer support and they will be happy to help you. The best way to do this is via the "Chat" function in the app or on the website. Or you can also send an email to: help@paysend.com.
In your request, please specify:
- The phone number you provided when you signed up for your Paysend account, with the country code.
- Your first and last name.
- Your email address
- ID number, or the date and amount of your last transfer.
To close your account, your bonus balance account balance must be zero:
- If you have money in your bonus balance account you will need to use it or send it.
Also, deleted accounts can't be restored. Although you might be able to create a new account with the same number after 6 months, please contact customer support if you have any questions.
