If you do not receive an SMS with a code to register or sign-in to your account, please make sure to double-check the following:
- There are no issues with your mobile network.
- You do not have certain types of SMS blocking enabled.
- If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your mobile network provider to find out why you are not receiving our SMS.
If you received an SMS with a delay and the code you entered is no longer valid, you can wait 15 minutes, and then request the code via SMS in the app again.
Also, if you are abroad and don't receive an SMS with the code, you will need to ask your mobile network provider to request that you can receive SMS messages while abroad.
