Depending on what email provider you use, Paysend emails, like transactional emails, customer support updates, and promotion/marketing communications, might be delivered to your spam folder. To avoid this, we recommend the following:
- Check your spam folder and "whitelist" or "safelist" our Paysend emails by clicking on the "not spam" or "not junk" option.
- Check your different tabs/folders (i.e., Spam, promotions, trash etc.) and re-assign Paysend’s emails to your “tab/folder” (i.e., inbox) of your choice so that you can always easily locate the emails.
Paysend will send you emails from the following domains:
- No-reply@paysend.com
- No-reply@trx.yourpaysend.com
- No-reply@my.paysend.com
To ensure that you receive Paysend's communications we recommend you:
- Check that these are not in your list of blocked addresses.
- Add our Paysend emails to your list of contacts.
