If there is an error while making a transfer, try that:
- Restart the app or reload the page;
- If you make a transfer using the app - make sure that you have the latest version of the app installed by checking your app store for updates.
- If you make a transfer on the website, try another browser. We recommend Google Chrome;
- Check that your internet connection is stable;
- Make sure that you have sufficient funds on your balance.
- Make sure that you use a card which is issued in the country which the phone number you indicated during registration.
