Payment declined by your bank. A transfer may have been declined by your bank. Your bank may have considered the transaction unusual (e.g. the amount transferred was too large) or the rejection is due to limitations on your bank's side. First of all, please contact your bank's support service to clarify the reason for rejecting the transfer.
We also recommend making sure that:
- Your card supports 3D Secure security protocol. You can verify this with your bank;
- You have sufficient funds on your balance;
- You entered the correct sender or recipient details.
You can also use another card to make the transfer.
Payment declined by Paysend. Paysend may decline a transfer to prevent potentially fraudulent or insecure transactions. For example, due to exceeding the maximum number of transactions per day to one card or account.
The transfer may also be canceled because we do not currently support sending transfers from the country where your bank card or account is issued.
