Normally transfers in the Paysend system are processed instantly. However, some banks do not support these technologies and need more time to process incoming money transfers. It may take up to 3 business days for the recipient’s bank to process an incoming transfer.
For an accurate time frame, please ask your recipient to confirm with their bank how much time it will take for them to credit your recipient’s account.
If funds are not received by the recipient after 3 business days, contact us via chat at paysend.com or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Live chat support is available 24/7. Response time by email usually does not exceed 24 hours.
To get any information about a particular transfer you need to send us the following data:
- Your mobile phone number in the international format;
- The last 4 digits on the bank card that was used to make the payment;
- Your date of birth (only if the transfer was made from the bank account, Apple Pay or Google Pay);
- The Paysend transaction ID (it consists of 10 digits and ends with 00).
We will try to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Please note that weekends, public holidays and the transfer date are not counted as business days.
