To delete your account, send a request via chat or email. In your request, please specify:
The phone number you provided when you signed up, with the country code;
- Your first and last name;
- Your email address;
- ID number, or the date and amount of your last transfer, deposit, purchase or cash withdrawal.
To close your account, your account balance must be zero:
- If you have money in your balance, spend or transfer it;
- If you have a negative balance, replenish the account;
You cannot open a new account with the same phone number.
