To increase your sending limits, please go to "Profile" - "Limits" section, press "Increase" and follow the instructions on the screen. You will need to enter your correct SSN or ITIN number for automatic verification. Having an SSN or ITIN number is a prerequisite for increasing your limits. Before entering the number, please make sure that all personal data and the residence address in your profile are filled in correctly and in accordance with the documents. If you want to correct any data, please contact us at kyc@paysend.com or in the customer support chat.
In some cases, after entering your SSN/ITIN number, you may additionally be asked for a U.S. identification document. If your limit has not increased after entering your SSN/ITIN number,please send high-quality photos of both sides of the document to kyc@paysend.com.
List of accepted documents:
- U.S. passport;
- U.S. driver's license;
- U.S. ID card;
- U.S. residency permit (Green card);
- U.S. visa stamped in your passport;
Please note, documents marked as temporary, limited term, and Learner's Driving License are not accepted.
Once your SSN/ITIN and personal information are successfully verified, you can increase your limit to the maximum level by verifying your source of income. To apply for income source verification, please prepare and send us bank statements for the three previous months in which your income and transactions through Paysend are visible at kyc@paysend.com. You will also need to complete a special questionnaire, which we will send you separately. Please send either electronic documents in PDF format or high-quality photos of printed documents; screenshots of websites and applications cannot be accepted for verification.
