To check the status of your transfer:
- Select the transfer you want to view.
- Click on ‘View status details’.
Understanding transfer statuses:
Each status in the app or website represents a specific stage in your transfer's journey:
- Transfer Booked: We have successfully received and recorded your request in our system.
- Payment Pending: We are awaiting your payment; the funding is still pending.
- Payment Received: Your transfer has been successfully funded and is ready to be sent.
- Payment Failed: There was an error with your payment, or we haven't received the funds.
- Payment Processing: The outbound payment to the recipient is currently in progress.
- Payment Processed: The payout request has been successful.
- Money Sent: The funds have reached the recipient’s bank and are pending confirmation of deposit.
- Delivered: The funds have been confirmed by the recipient/beneficiary’s bank as deposited. Note: It can take up to three working days for the recipient's bank to credit the account.
- Delivery Failed / Cancelled / Expired: The transfer process has been interrupted for some reason. In such cases, the funds will be refunded to you. Please note refunds can take up to three business days.
