- You input the correct card details or correct Paysend account details.
- You have not exceeded your bank card or account limits and your Paysend top-up limit.
- You have enough funds on your bank card or account to top-up your Paysend balance.
- Your bank is not declining the payment attempts.
If your bank rejected the deposit attempt, we recommend that you contact your bank to clarify the reason for the rejection to fix the issue.
