Your transfer is awaiting payment confirmation, which means that we are waiting for the payment to reach our corporate account. As soon as we receive the money, we will forward it to the recipient.
In case you have paid for the Interac request, it is no longer possible to cancel this transfer manually. Please wait for the transfer to change its status.
However, if you haven't paid for the transfer yet, you have the option to cancel it. Here's what you need to do:
- Find the Interac email sent to the email address indicated in your Paysend account.
- Press the 'Decline request' button to cancel the transfer.
- Specify the decline reason. Here, you will also have the option to receive the decline confirmation from Interac via email.
Alternatively, you may wait for the Interac request to expire on the 4th calendar day since the transfer was initiated.
