If you see a withdrawal in your card transaction history, please contact your bank's Customer Service. Your bank might have put a temporary hold on the transaction and needs some time to release the funds.
In case your bank confirms that the money was deducted, you will need to request the Acquirer Reference Number for the withdrawal transaction. ARN is a 23-digit number that helps trace the money when a card transaction is made.
