Your transfer was canceled because the payment couldn't be processed. This means that we couldn't deduct the money from your bank account.
If you see a withdrawal in your account transaction history, you will need to obtain a bank account statement dated from the day the transfer was initiated until the present day.
The statement needs to reflect the withdrawal transaction and your bank account number. It's preferable that the statement is in PDF, but you may also send us photos of the physical document provided to you by your bank.
Once you have obtained the statement, please send it to us via live chat or by emailing us at help@paysend.com. If possible, please provide a withdrawal receipt with the transaction details as well. With this information, we'll be able to investigate the issue further.
