In order to initiate another refund attempt, please contact us via online chat or by emailing help@paysend.com. In your inquiry, make sure to mention your valid email address. For example:
"Hello! I would like to receive an Interac refund to the email [insert your email address]."
Our team will reach out to you via email. To ensure you don't miss any letters from us, please verify that the email address in your Paysend profile is correct. You may also occasionally check your inbox, including the 'Spam' and 'Promo' folders.
