You can use any 5B ATM located in Guatemala to withdraw cash from your Paysend Libre card.
💡️ To withdraw the money, you need to verify your identity by providing your ID and some personal information.
To prepare the money for the cash pickup:
- Open the Paysend app.
- Press 'Withdraw' in the top-right corner and then 'Add withdrawal option'.
- Choose 'Cash pickup at 5B ATM'.
- Enter the withdrawal amount.
- If you haven't verified your identity yet, you'll be asked to provide information for verification.
- Confirm the withdrawal with your passcode.
You will get an SMS with a security code to withdraw the money. You'll also be able to check it on the transaction page by pressing 'How to pick up money'.
💵 At the ATM, you can follow these steps to get the money:
- Press 'Withdrawal without card'.
- Select 'Institutions' and then 'Paysend' (or enter Paysend institution code).
- Enter your phone number and the security code.
- Input the exact amount you entered in Paysend and receive the cash.
