Paysend balance is available in our new version of Paysend Libre, supported by selected countries from July 2025.
Withdrawing money from your Paysend balance is quite similar to making transfers through Paysend. Here's how to make your first balance withdrawal:
- Open your Paysend app.
- Press the icon in the top-right corner and choose 'Withdraw'.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Press 'Add withdrawal option'.
- Enter the details of your withdrawal method.
- Press 'Withdraw' to confirm.
The money should be delivered shortly. In rare cases, the withdrawal may take up to 3 business days.
What is a business day?
Business days are the days when banks are open for work, usually from Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays don't count as business days.
