Managing your money should never feel like deciphering an ancient inscription, so here’s a clear breakdown of what using Paysend Cards & Accounts will, and won’t, cost you. Below you’ll find a simple list of fee-free actions and the services that carry charges.
Paysend does not charge a fee for:
- Opening a multi-currency account.
- Topping up a multi-currency account using cards.
- Holding money in an actively used multi-currency account.
- Exchanging money between currencies.
- Opening a virtual card.
- Using your Paysend card abroad (except for the standard ATM charges).
- Making transfers to other Paysend users with multi-currency accounts.
Fees are charged for the following services:
- Topping up a multi-currency account using bank accounts — standard fee applicable to the chosen top-up method.
- Cash withdrawals* over 200 GBP or 220 EUR (or equivalent) per month — 2% of the amount withdrawn.
- Money transfers to bank cards, bank accounts and digital wallets — standard applicable fee.
*Plastic Paysend cards are no longer available to order, but we continue to service active plastic cards.
