If your plastic Paysend card* is lost, stolen, or stuck in an ATM:
- Open the Paysend app.
- Go to 'Cards'.
- Choose 'Plastic'.
- Tap the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Press ‘Cancel card’.
Once you close the card, you won't be able to restore it.
If you don't want to close the card without being able to restore it, press ‘Freeze temporarily’.
