If your Paysend plastic card is lost, stolen, or stuck in an ATM:
1. Open the Paysend app;
2. Go to 'Cards';
3. Choose 'Plastic';
4. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen;
5. Press ‘Cancel card’.
Once you close the card, you won't be able to restore it. However, you will be able to order a new plastic card.
If you don't want to close the card without being able to restore it, press ‘Freeze temporarily’.
