Paysend Libre is designed for instant money transfers, so it’s important to double-check your recipient details before sending.
If you change your mind after sending, please reach out to our Customer Support team right away. If the recipient hasn’t accepted the payment yet, we’ll do our best to cancel the transfer for you.
If the recipient has already accepted the money, the transfer can’t be reversed, but you can contact them directly to settle this up.
If the payment isn’t accepted within 14 days, it will be automatically refunded to your account.
