To receive cash in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, or El Salvador, you will need to provide:
- a unique transaction code
- a valid identification document issued in your country
- the sender’s name
- the transfer amount.
Where can I get the transaction code and transfer details?
You can get all the necessary information from your sender:
- The code for picking up the money will be generated for your sender within 1 business day. They will also get an SMS with the code once it's ready.
- You can ask your sender for the exact transfer amount and their name as it is indicated in their Paysend profile.
As soon as your sender shares the transaction code with you, you can visit a cash pickup location to collect the funds.
