Your transfer is awaiting payment confirmation, which means that we are waiting for your bank to approve the withdrawal. Once the payment is confirmed, we will forward the money to the recipient.
The vast majority of payments are processed within several minutes. However, on rare occasions, the payment confirmation may take up to an hour for transfers from cards and up to 3 business days for transfers from bank accounts.
What is a business day?
Business days are the days when banks are open for work, which is typically from Monday to Friday. When making a transfer, keep in mind that Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not considered business days.
