If you notice a transaction on your Paysend card that you did not make, we recommend immediately freezing your card to prevent further charges.
To freeze your card:
- Open the Paysend app.
- Tap 'Cards'.
- Choose a card.
- Tap 'Freeze temporarily'.
After that, contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible and let us know what happened. We will advise you on the next steps.
