If you tried to withdraw cash from your Paysend card via an ATM and either received nothing or only part of the requested amount, contact our Customer Support team to let us know which transaction this relates to.
If available, attach the receipt printed by the ATM. If the receipt is missing or you didn’t request one — don’t worry, still contact us and we’ll do our best to help you get your money back.
