If an ATM didn’t give out cash from your plastic Paysend card, first and foremost, check if the cash withdrawal transaction has gone through:
1. Open the Paysend app;
2. Go to 'Cards';
3. Choose 'Plastic';
4. Select ‘Card activity’;
5. Find the withdrawal transaction and check its status:
a. If the transaction has failed, try again;
b. If the transaction is pending or successful, please contact the bank or provider that services the ATM to clarify whether they see the cash withdrawal request and what you can do in this situation.
