If a payment made with a virtual or plastic Paysend card did not go through, please make sure that:
- The Paysend card you are trying to use is active.
- You input the correct card details (card number, expiry date, CVV).
- You did not exceed the limit of PIN attempts.
- The card is linked to a currency account with sufficient funds.
