You will be offered to set up an additional passcode to access your Paysend account upon logging in. Simply think of a 4-digit code that you can use for extra security.
If you have the Paysend app, you can use Face ID on iOS or Touch ID on Android to log into your Paysend account.
Don't worry – you can easily change the passcode if you forget it:
- As you log in and are asked to enter your passcode, press 'Forgot your passcode?'.
- Tap on the 'Log out' button to reset your passcode.
- Enter your phone number and confirm login using an SMS code.
You will be prompted to set up a new passcode upon successful login.
