Your money request is currently pending. To find out the exact status of the money request, please get in touch with the payer.
If your payer has never used Paysend before, they will need to follow the instructions below to pay for a money request:
- Register or log in to Paysend. When a money request is sent, the payer receives an SMS message with a link—an unregistered payer may use this link to sign up.
- Go to the ‘Transfers’ tab in the app or the ‘Requests’ tab on the website.
- Choose the pending request by tapping or clicking on it.
- Press ‘Send money’ and follow further instructions to pay for the transfer.
In case you change your mind, you may cancel an unpaid money request. The request will be canceled automatically within 30 days if unpaid.
