We have reversed the money for your transfer to your card. You’ll see the money appear within a few minutes, but sometimes it can take a little longer — up to 24–48 hours, depending on how quickly your card issuer processes reversals.
If the money hasn’t appeared after that time, please get in touch with us via live chat or email help@paysend.com, and we’ll check the status for you. We also have a hotline at +1 844-938-8840*.
What we might need from you?
To help us trace the money, our Customer Support team may ask for a short statement from your card issuer showing transactions from the day you made the transfer to the day you contacted us. You can send either:
- a digital statement (PDF or screenshot), or
- a photo of a printed statement.
Please make sure the statement shows the last four digits of your card number so we can locate your transaction quickly.
