We have reversed the money for your transfer to your card. You should see it in just a few minutes. However, in rare cases, a reversal can take from 24 to 48 hours, depending on how fast your card issuer needs to process it.
If the funds aren't reflected on your card within this time, we recommend contacting us via online chat or by emailing help@paysend.com. We also have a hotline at 18449388840*.
Please note:
Our Customer Support team might request a statement covering the transfers on your card from the day the transfer was intiated until the day of inquiry. You may send us a digital copy of the statement or photos of a physical document provided by the card issuer. It's important that the statement shows the last 4 digits of your card.
