If your transfer is still awaiting payment confirmation, it means we’re waiting for your payment to reach our corporate account. Once we receive the funds, we’ll send them straight to the recipient.
At this stage, you can still cancel the transfer by following these steps:
- Go to your transfer history and select the transfer you’d like to cancel.
- If you haven’t pressed the ‘I paid’ button yet, you’ll see a ‘Pay or cancel’ option. Tap it and select ‘Cancel transfer’.
- If you’ve already pressed ‘I paid’, you’ll see a ‘Cancel transfer’ button on the transfer page — simply tap it.
- Choose a reason for cancelling your transfer.
Your transfer will be cancelled immediately. If the money has already been deducted, it will be refunded within 3 business days.
Please note that once a payment has been confirmed, it may no longer be possible to cancel the transfer.
What counts as a business day?
Business days are when banks are open — usually Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days, so payments or refunds made during these times may take slightly longer to process.
