Sometimes a transfer can’t be delivered successfully. This may happen for a few reasons:
- The recipient’s bank or payment provider declined the transfer.
- The recipient’s account or wallet has reached its receiving limit.
- A temporary technical issue interrupted the transfer process.
What can you do?
You don’t need to worry, this is usually easy to fix.
Try sending your international money transfer again, checking that the recipient’s account or wallet can receive payments.
If the issue continues, you can choose another delivery method or payment option in the Paysend app.
To confirm the exact reason for the decline, the recipient can also contact their bank or wallet provider directly.
